MC YOGI is a musician born in San Francisco, California, who grew up immersed in a diverse cultural landscape. His early life was shaped by a passion for graffiti art as a means of self-expression, and hip-hop culture became a significant part of his identity. Yoga entered his life in his teenage years, deepening his understanding of himself and the world around him. These threads of creativity and spirituality inform his work as a musician.

The retreat takes place at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY. Tuition covers the workshop itself, while accommodations are booked separately for those who wish to stay on campus.
